Mike Novak's perspective sums up Gene Krcelic, the Premier Foundation’s chief visionary, driver and leader. An accomplished author, speaker, entrepreneur and leader, Gene’s journey has been as diverse as it is long.
Before joining the Premier Foundation in 2009, Gene created and served as CEO for OMG, a multi-faceted sponsorship, music, sports, and event management firm with offices in the Southeast and California. Over his career he has negotiated contracts for clients and non-profit programming with global brands including Coca-Cola, EMI CMG, Nike, Reebok, Land Rover, BMW, Family Christian Bookstores, Black Entertainment Television and the Boys Choir of Harlem.
In the early 1990’s, Gene served as President of the nonprofit event management firm Greenville Events, Inc. where he managed events and relationships with the ACC Baseball Tournament, First Night, BMW Olympic Torch Run, the Chinese Olympic Federation, and Tour DuPont.
Gene is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is married and has two beautiful daughters.

Rebekah Gregory joined the Premier Foundation team in the summer of 2009. She came to the Foundation from Furman University where she served as Director of the Paladin Club, the fundraising arm of the athletics department. Prior to Furman, Rebekah was an NCAA compliance officer at Michigan State University. She received her undergraduate degree in Health & Exercise Science from Furman University and a graduate degree in Sports Management from the University of Tennessee. Rebekah is excited to be part of the Premier Foundation.
Rebekah and her husband Jon have 2 children, Jackson & Laine. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and watching sports.
Tyler Murray joined the Premier Foundation team in July 2017. Tyler oversees projects and heads the Foundation’s Detroit-based office. Tyler graduated from DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in Peace, Justice, and Conflict studies. He worked with a variety of nonprofit organizations and charities throughout his college career in Chicago, including Su Casa Catholic Worker Community and Alliance of Filipinos for Immigrant Rights and Empowerment (AFIRE).
Tyler grew up in the suburbs of Detroit and recently moved to the city. He enjoys being active outdoors, reading, and helping other people.
