The Premier Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible, in full or in part, according to the laws of the Internal Revenue Service. Please contact your personal tax advisor regarding specific questions about your donation. We strive for financial integrity and transparency in all that we do and can provide records of accountability upon request. Please contact us for further information.

The Premier Foundation is committed to respecting the privacy of our donors. We will never share, sell, rent, or lease the information we obtain online with a third party. The Premier Foundation will use the personal information you provide in order to assist you in completing a transaction, communicate back to you regarding a question or concern, and/or update you regarding the latest Foundation news.

Use of donor information will be limited to the internal purposes of the Premier Foundation. Credit card numbers are used only for donation processing and are not retained for any other purpose. Contact information will be retained in order to keep donors up-to-date via postal mail or e-mail on the latest Premier Foundation news. Please contact us if you wish to be removed from our mailing list.
